By accessing or using ToneAlign ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is between you and ToneAlign, not with Apple, Inc. or Google LLC.

ToneAlign grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

Web Subscriptions: Billed via Paddle. Managed through your web account settings.

In-App Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed directly through your platform account settings. Payment will be charged to your Apple/Google account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You acknowledge that Apple and Google have no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple/Google for a refund of the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, they will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever.

ToneAlign references various musical instrument brands, manufacturers, and product names (e.g., guitar, amplifier, and pedal brands). ToneAlign is an independent platform and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with these brands or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. The use of these names in our Service is for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

ToneAlign uses proprietary AI models and web-scraping technology to research musical equipment and identify gear used by artists and in specific songs.

Disclaimer of Accuracy: The information provided regarding artist "rigs," equipment specifications, and song-specific gear is generated automatically. This data may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. ToneAlign does not guarantee the authenticity or correctness of the equipment data and shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on this information.

The Service and its original content are owned by ToneAlign. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant ToneAlign a license to use it to operate the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time via the App settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToneAlign shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
