Refund Policy

1. Web Purchases (Paddle)

For subscriptions purchased directly via our website, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases and annual renewals. Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

To request a refund for a web purchase, email tonealign@eek.digital.

2. Mobile In-App Purchases (Apple & Google)

ToneAlign cannot directly issue refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

These transactions are managed entirely by the respective platforms. To request a refund, please follow the platform-specific instructions:

  • Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play: Visit the "Order History" section of your Google Play account or use their "Request a Refund" tool.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Web: Cancel via your Billing Settings in the dashboard.
  • iOS/Android: Cancel via your device's Subscription Settings.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. You will retain access until the end of your paid term.
